A New Expression of Raw Pu'er

This resin begins with high-mountain raw Pu'er from Yunnan, scented naturally with fresh jasmine blossoms. The tea absorbs the floral perfume through traditional multi-layered contact — no oils, no sprays, just mountain leaf and night-bloom jasmine.

Both raw (生) and ripe (熟) Pu'er belong to the family of post-fermented teas. Where ripe Pu'er undergoes accelerated fermentation (wo dui 渥堆), raw Pu'er ferments slowly and naturally over years, creating brighter energy and a more crystalline flavor structure. This resin captures raw Pu'er at its most vivid — bright, lifted, and alive — then preserves it at –60°C (–76°F).
